What is your pricing?

We do not have a flate rate for screenrpinting. Each estimate/invoice is custom for your specific order. Pricing is based on print locations, colors, and garment type.

In order to provide you with proper pricing we need the following information:

  1. What type of garments and fabric (100% cotton, blend, poly, etc.)?
    1. If you are unsure, what will you be using the shirts for (PT, working outdoors, marathon, school, promotional giveaways, etc.) and we can make a suggestion.
  2. What color/s and how many of each?
  3. Where on the garments are we printing (Full Chest, Left Chest, Full Back, Sleeves)?
    1. Special locations cost more, sleeves, back neck, pockets
  4. What design/image are we printing in each location?

If you have questions, please feel free to send an email with your design and the above information to us at contact@attentionink.com

Is there a print minimum?

Yes we do. The minimum is 12 pieces for light colored garments and 24 pieces for dark colored garments. Any garment that requires white ink to be printed on it, whether it be a visible color or as a white underbase, is considered a dark garment. If your design has print colors that are lighter than the garment we will print what is called a white underbase for the colors to print on, otherwise a gold will not show up on a black or navy garment. If you have a question regarding the minimums or if a color is considered light or dark, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time begins when we have all components of the order (Approved artwork, garment colors and sizes, and payment). Our standard turnaround time is 7-10 working days. We always strive to complete work as quickly as possible, however, add-ons or particularly complex orders may change this turnaround time. If you have a deadline, please make sure to mention this when placing your order.

What about artwork?

If possible vector artwork (.cdr, .eps, .pdf) is preferred. Vector art files are resolution independent, which means it can be adjusted, edited and enlarged without risk of distortion. They are typically created in professional design applications and are made of lines, not pixels.

We understand that not everbody has a final design, maybe just an idea and some design samples. That is why we have an in house artist that can help bring your idea to life. We create digital proofs of all artwork for approval to make sure we create your design perfectly.

Can I provide my own garments?

Of course. All garments will need to be the same fabric blend. Cotton and cotton/poly blends cannot be printed with polyester (moisture wicking), they require their own setups.

What if my garment has a defect?

We are not responsible for manufacturer's defects (ex.holes, stitching errors, etc.) and will not replace any defective garments. We try to inspect each garment right before we print but we cannot guarantee the quality of the garment. Depending on the defect we may or may not print the item. If you need exact quantities it is best to order one or two extra in each size.
