What information should I have before ordering?
Please have the following information before placing an order or getting an estimate:
1) What type of garments?
2) What colors are the garments?
3) How many of each kind? (Please note that we do have a minimum order of 12 for light garments and 24 for dark garments)
4) Your design/logo: How many colors are visible? What are the colors?
5) Are you supplying the garments or do you need us to order them?

Do you have a minimum quantity order for Screen Printing?
Yes. The minimum is 12 pieces for light colored garments and 24 pieces for dark colored garments. Any garment that requires white ink to be printed on it, whether it be a featured color or a white underbase color, is still considered a dark garment. If you have a question regarding the minimums or if a color is considered light or dark, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What is the turnaround time?
The turnaround time begins when the order is completed (all artwork is approved, the number, color and type of garment is decided, etc). Our current turnaround time is 5 working business days. We always strive to complete work within the 5 day time period, however, add-ons or particularly complex orders may change this turnaround time. If you have a deadline, please make sure to mention this when placing your order.
What about artwork?
All artwork needs to be in Vector Format (.cdr, .eps, .pdf). Vector art is typically created in professional design applications such as Macromedia Freehand Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Vector art files are resolution independent, which means it can be adjusted, edited and enlarged without risk of distortion. Saving or converting a .jpeg file as an .eps file does not make it into vector art.
Rememer, printing is only as good as the quality of the artwork. If you don't have a design already but have a general idea of what you want, we have an on-site artist who will work with you to customize a design for you. Art charges are applied depending on whether the artwork requires modification, if the files need converting to vector format, etc. Artwork is $40 per hour.
We also have an online designer that we constantly update and upload clip art to. We also have design templates available that allow you to change the text and colors.
Can I order my shirts or garments through you?
Yes, we do not have a flat rate per garment as the price depends on the item's cost at that time. For example, if the garment is on sale, we pass those savings onto you. We can order any garment that you require.
Can I provide my own garments?
Yes. We advise that you purchase the same type (100% cotton or 50/50 blend or 100% polyester) as this makes them easier to print.
Rush charges may be applied for orders that need 1-day or 3-day rushes. We try to accommodate orders that need to be printed quickly. The customer is responsible for any expedited shipping charges that are associated with the rush order.
Are you open holidays?
For non-holidays, we are open Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
We are open most holidays except the following:
• Week of Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Week of Christmas (until New Years)
What if my garment has a defect?
We are not responsible for manufacturer's defects (ex.holes, stitching errors, etc.) We try to inspect each garment right before we print but we cannot guarantee the quality of the garment. If you need exact quantities it is best to order one or two extra in each size.
